- John M. Toth presented a risk management lecture before the American College of Lower Extremity Surgeons in Portland, Maine on October 11, 2014.
The lecture, entitled Anatomy of a Law Suit, focused on the elements of a podiatric malpractice case, the role of being an involved participant in one’s defense along with examples of actual cases and how to limit the probability of being sued.
