At this ACLES seminar sponsored by Saint Joseph Hospital of Chicago and approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education, John Toth lectured about the components of a medical malpractice case, outlining each phase for the attendees.
Also included during this risk management section of the seminar, John Toth spoke about limiting a physician’s possible exposure to a medical malpractice claim and measures a physician can take to limit exposure to same.
